Q1 . We are considering to buy Polishing abrasives from your company, how can I know the quality?

Now lots of people in the world like to use Chinese products though the quality is not the best while the price is very competitive. Polishing Abrasives is one professional manufacturer in stone polishing field for over 7 years. Fullux Abrasives would like to inform in your country who is using Fullux Abrasive 's products and what the using result is! If not available we think a small amount trial order for testing is necessary.

Q2 . We are selling big quantity of polishing abrasive in our country with our brand name only. Can we print our logo on the package?

We would prefer you to put our fullux abrasives logo on the blades as Fullux Abrasives is also famous in the field of diamond tools. But if you insist to put your own logo on the packages. we will do it as per your request

Q3 . Do you offer FREE Samples if I want to buy your products?

It will depend on the value of the samples and your order quantity.

Q4 . If we make the payment, how long you will make the shipment?

It depends on the quantity of order.

Usually we can send the goods within two weeks on receipt of payment

Special specification products by negotiation.

Fullux Abrasives will inform the approximate shipping date before you place order.

Q5 . What is the minimum quantity we should buy?

Any amount order is available.

For sample purpose Fullux Abrasives don't mind how much you buy.

For regular order the weight should reach 45kgs(requested by AirLine Companies, otherwise the Airfreight below 45kgs is very high).

Q6 . How can I know how much I should pay the delivery charge?

Calculate the total weight of your order.

Choose a shipping method.

Check the current freight Rate and calculate shipping charges.

Check the other charges and add together.

Q7 . What we should do if your products can not run well?

Give us detailed report.

Analyze the reason.

Try to find a way to solve the problem.

If it's Fullux Abrasive 's problem and not possible to solve then Fullux Abrasives give replacement.

Q8 . What will be the payment terms?

We would prefer 100% T/T in advance.But we also can consider other payment terms such as L/C to support our clients. This can be discussed.
